u9agent Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the u9agent platform at u9agent.org (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and u9agent ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by u9agent, including but not limited to the live casino, slots, sportsbook, arcade games, Lucky Dice, and all ancillary services such as bonuses, promotions, and customer support functions.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of u9agent is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which you must satisfy continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. u9agent enforces international gaming authority age verification standards and will require documentary proof of age. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately, all balances held pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation. u9agent makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
• Exclusion status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, operator exclusion, or regulatory exclusion order at the time of registration or use.
• One account: You must not already hold an active u9agent account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

3 Account Registration

To access the wagering and gaming functions of u9agent, you must register a verified account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Submit valid government-issued identification documents as requested for Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Malaysian players are typically required to provide a copy of their MyKad or passport.
• Notify u9agent promptly of any changes to your registered information.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account or account credentials to any third party.

u9agent reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Balances associated with such accounts may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud is established, forfeited in full.

Account security is your responsibility. You must use a strong, unique password and must not disclose your login credentials to any other person. u9agent will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

u9agent supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other Malaysian-friendly payment methods listed in the cashier section of your account. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawal processing: Standard processing time is within one business day. Gold and Platinum tier members are eligible for express processing. u9agent is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
• Bonus funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of a balance is available for withdrawal where bonus conditions remain outstanding.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified.
• AML compliance: u9agent is required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotions offered by u9agent are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. The following conditions apply universally to all u9agent promotional offers:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who satisfy all stated conditions at the time of claim.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — consult the individual promotion page for contribution rates.
• u9agent reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring claims made and accepted in good faith prior to any such change.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided, and associated accounts may be suspended.
• u9agent reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount and associated winnings from your account balance where a bonus was awarded in error.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagering and gaming activity on u9agent is governed by game-specific rules published in the relevant game lobby and help section. General rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets and wagers placed are final once confirmed. u9agent does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in specific circumstances governed by the applicable game rules (e.g., void events in sportsbook).
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session, the outcome will be determined by reference to recorded session data. Where a complete outcome cannot be established, the affected round will be declared void and all wagers refunded.
• u9agent reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of system error, pricing error, or game integrity compromise, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the u9agent Sportsbook Rules document. Settlement is based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body or, where no official body exists, u9agent's determination based on available evidence.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant game interface and may be modified for individual accounts at u9agent's discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

u9agent is committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can cause harm when it becomes compulsive or when players wager beyond their means. The following tools are available to all registered u9agent players without restriction:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session time limits — automatic session-end notifications and forced disconnection after a set period.
• Loss limits — caps on net losses within a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanent or extended-period account closure with re-registration restrictions.

Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to seek assistance from qualified support organisations. u9agent also reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on accounts that display behavioural indicators of problem gambling, in accordance with our duty of care obligations under international gaming authority standards.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on u9agent. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party without explicit authorisation.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to obtain an advantage in gaming or wagering.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players in table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity in violation of applicable law.
• Using the Platform in a manner that causes disruption, harm, or disadvantage to other players or to u9agent's operations.
• Accessing u9agent from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the u9agent Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and proprietary technology — is the exclusive property of u9agent or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without u9agent's prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u9agent and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or telecommunications networks.
• Any regulatory consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a prohibited jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits u9agent's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Termination

u9agent reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or regulatory requirement. Upon account closure, u9agent will complete a final balance review and, where no outstanding investigation precludes it, arrange return of verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting u9agent customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and will be subject to a minimum exclusion period of six months.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u9agent is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally through u9agent customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body.

For informal dispute resolution, u9agent encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and is authorised to resolve the majority of account, payment, and game-related queries without escalation.
